    The Role:

    As an Estimator, you'll play a crucial role in our operations, carrying out take-offs, bills of quantities, cost plans, and tenders for a range of clients including, sub-contractors, developers, and private clients.

    Keeping detailed records organised and easily accessible to help with managing projects effectively.
    # Establishing connections with various individuals across the tendering process including suppliers, subcontractors and specialists to allow smooth collaboration from enquiry to contracts award.
    # Proactively chasing suppliers, subcontractors, and manufacturer quotations to advance the tendering process.
    # Performing accurate take-offs for various residential and commercial projects, utilising measuring take-off tools and software for precision.
    # Competently discussing projects with clients providing professional opinions and insight to the industry.
    # Accurately making revisions for projects based on client feedback and notes whilst providing any relevant professional industry advice and opinions.
    # Discussing and establishing potential value engineering regarding projects to aid clients in meeting budgets.
    # Handling incoming telephone calls, managing messages or redirections as required to maintain clear communication.
    # Providing support and assistance to colleagues and the accounts team, fostering a culture of teamwork and mutual support.
