Description

Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Location: Near Wakefield, close to M62

We are looking for a part or newly qualified accountant to join a growing organisation near Wakefield as a Finance Business Partner. The business are committed to innovation and excellence, and we're seeking a dynamic individual to support the finance team in driving strategic decision-making and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business units to provide financial analysis, insights, and support.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and monitor financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Support decision-making by providing accurate and timely financial information and advice.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Cash flow forecasting.
Budgeting.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a finance business partnering role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with financial planning and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
