TheRole:
You will offeradvice and guidance to clients via phone, email and webchat onvarious issues clients face such as relationships, housing,benefits etc.
By leading with empathy andrespect you will support our clients in delivering high-qualityadvice. This is a rewarding opportunity to give back and helpothers.
MainResponsibilities:
· Managereferrals from partner agencies primarily Carer'sMatters
· Supportour clients in delivering high-quality benefits advice via phoneandemail
· FollowAQS (Advice QualityStandards)
· Meetassignedtargets
· Maintainaccurate and up-to-datesystems
· Concludeall cases promptly andappropriately
· Responsiblefor generating reports
