    Description

    Due to our continuous growth, we're seeking a skilled accountant to join our supportive Accounts and Business Advisory team. You'll play a vital role within the team, working with a diverse range of clients in sectors like Construction, Farming, Estates, Family Investment Companies, and Consultants. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Ensuring high-quality, timely, and budget-friendly completion of work
    • Handling statutory and non-statutory accounts preparation and finalisation
    • Completing corporation tax returns
    • Preparing management accounts and VAT returns
    • Collaborating closely with senior management
    • Participating in advisory projects for clients
    • Acting as a key point of contact for clients
    • Supervising and mentoring junior team members

    Requirements:

    • CA/ACCA qualification with accountancy practice background
    • Strong technical skills and knowledge of accounting standards
    • Experience in management accounting and accounting software
    • Supervisory or managerial experience
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Highly motivated and takes ownership of work
    • Familiarity with accounting systems such as CCH, Alphatax, Myworkpapers, Xero, etc.
