    Are you an experienced, capable, enthusiastic manager who has significant experience in hospitality? We have an exciting new position available to lead our team for someone who is passionate about guest experience, team development and able to oversee a busy restaurant and bar.

    About Us

    Sunday In Brooklyn was founded by industry leaders Todd Enany, Adam Landsman and Jaime Young. Named "Best Brunch" by New York Magazine, lines form daily, with locals and tourists alike, eager to enjoy Sunday's iconic fluffy pancakes, breakfast sandwich and Honey Bear cocktail.

    For Young, this sentiment is translated seamlessly into his menu and his kitchen. "We're using modern concepts to create a casual fine dining experience."

    Sunday in Brooklyn is coming to the UK and due to open their first international site, within the heart of London's cosmopolitan and multicultural neighbourhood of Notting Hill.

    What you will need to be a successful applicant:

    · Significant experience in hospitality

    · At least 5 years' hospitality management experience with at least 2 years as a general manager or similar senior role

    · Demonstratable sound commercial acumen with experience of consistently delivering revenue targets whilst maintaining appropriate margins

    · Experience owning a P&L

    · To be a strong, capable leader who is able to recruit and develop a large team

    · Ability to make good decisions in regards to the business and the varied situations that arise in fast paced hospitality venues

    · Ability to create and deliver a clear and suitable strategy for growth & development of the team whilst always ensuring happy guests, staff and stakeholders

    · Competent user of IT, including Microsoft Office, EPOS and Reservations systems

    · Understanding of H&S, FSMS and similar to ensure all required standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety are complied with for both team and guests alike

    · To be a confident, respectful communicator; able to clearly communicate with internal and external stakeholders in an engaging and collaborative way

    · To have a tangible and infectious passion for food, drinks and hospitality

    · To be a credible, friendly, people person who is well organised, charismatic and a natural ambassador

    · To be a team player who is flexible with availability dependant on the needs of the business. Shift, weekend and evening working will be required.

    · To be self-motivated, able to work independently with own initiative.

    · To be a Brand Ambassador, aligned with the SiB values: have talent, passion, be nurturing, and striving for excellence in all that you do.
