    Description

    Bradford Jacobs is currently supporting a leading US based corporate travel management company, specializing in online travel technology and superior customer service as they continue to grow in the UK.This position is accountable for organizing travel from beginning to end for corporate clients, performing all ticketing duties, providing recommendations and travel advice, and maintaining an exceptionally high level of service to all customers.


    Responsibilities:


    Organize travel from start to finishHandle all ticketing dutiesProvide travel recommendations and adviceMaintain high service standards for all customersRequirements:2+ years of experience in the travel industryProficiency in GDS systems, especially Worldspan and/or SabreCustomer-centric approachConsultative skillsAdaptability and positive attitudeProblem-solving abilityEffective communication skills, both oral and writtenSpanish language fluency is a plusStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentTeamwork orientation and cultural fitTech-savvy and open to learning new technologiesBusiness acumen and understanding of financial performance.

    They are looking for night workers.
    Working daysMonday to Friday ORWednesday to SundayWorking hours11pm to 8am GMTSalary - £50k
