    Your tasks:
    Taking and processing restaurant reservations via phone and email
    Welcoming and saying goodbye to guests in our F&B outlets
    Placement of guests and presentation of our menu
    Accepting and processing special guest requests
    Preparing the table plan
    Guest relations and handling of guest complaints
    Active participation in service and sales
    Responsibility for the professional preparation of the service stations


    Your Competencies:
    Absolute service orientation
    High operational readiness and resilience
    A friendly, well-kept and professional appearance
    very reliable knowledge of German and English, any additional language advantageous
