    Description
    Mixed Shift Concierge - Luxury Residential

    PMR are looking to speak to experienced and professional candidates who are currently seeking a new role's within the industry, such as Day and Night Concierge, working on High-End, Luxury, Residential developments across London.

    Rota: 5 days on 2 days off -1 month day shifts / 1 month night shifts ( repeat )
    Deliver excellent customer service to all residents.
    Verify all visitors, suppliers and contractors.

    Maintain a secure and safe environment for all residents by undertaking guest verification, securing elevator access, conducting security checks throughout the building, and undertaking period review of CCTV system.

    Carry out regular building checks and log/report any maintenance that is required through the correct channels.
    Adhere to health and safety, fire, and bomb threat procedures. Ensure the communal areas are always kept clean, tidy, and presentable.
    Report any incidents, problems, or complaints to the appropriate manager in a timely manner.
    Dealing with guests/residents' concerns or complaints, to include a follow up in person or in writing.
    Complete the am/pm/overnight operational reports and handover and report any operational issues.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
    Experience in the highest level of customer service.
    The shift pattern will be 4 days on and 4 days off with working hours 7am - 7pm.
    We have a permanent cleaner position available based in Central London.

    PMR are seeking Temporary Day Valet must have a Full UK Driving License to work on Luxury Development based around London on a zero hour contract.

    We are looking for candidates who strives to provide excellent customer service to all residents and guests.
