- Plan and evaluate the organization's fiscal future by managing a robust forecasting cycle and cost structures
- Coordinate reporting of actuals (including organising and overseeing timeliness and accuracy of period-end close) and forecasts across the operations team
- Optimize business operations to release cost saving measures and efficient cash flow. Continuously challenge and improve current setup
- Depending on agreed priorities, play an active role in Focused Improvement and Lean Initiatives.
- Support analysis and implementation of transversal project for customer services
- Develop, control, and ensure robust evaluations of capital investment plans and requests including post project evaluations.
- Analyse reasons for deviations and track corrective actions; evaluate and provide financial analysis for product sourcing changes
- Great communication skills that enable influencing at all levels of the business
- Good team working skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with a breadth of customers and stakeholders

Position Summary
The Nespresso team have a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Controller to join their team. Reporting into the Finance and Control Director, you will co-pilot the operations department to ensure that the variable and fixed costs are well managed.

A day in the life of an Operations Controller...
As an Operations Controller, you will work closely with the operations team of Nespresso UKI. The team is composed of supply chain, TQM and CRC.

Prior experience in Accounting or Finance function (e.g.: Costing, Factory controlling, Accounts payable) with qualification. Ideally, you will have solid experience in the Finance function of a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company, in a commercially facing or controlling role.
