    Description
    Electrical Construction Manager (Outside of IR35) Position Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager on a 3 months contract to lead and supervise the final stages of a significant development project in close proximity to Liverpool city centre.

    The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of the project within the specified timeframe.

    Key Responsibilities

    Completion Works:
    Manage and coordinate all electrical completion activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

    Supervision:
    Lead and guide the on-site workforce responsible for snagging works. Monitor progress, address any issues, and maintain a productive and efficient work environment.

    Assurance:
    Ensure that all electrical installations meet industry standards and adhere to project requirements.

    and Safety:
    Prioritize safety by enforcing health and safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections, and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
    Work closely with other construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, to achieve project milestones.

    and Reporting:
    Maintain accurate records, prepare progress reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
    Qualifications and Experience
    ~ Engineering Qualification:
    The ideal candidate should hold a relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
    ~(Site Management Safety Training Scheme): Possession of an SMSTS certificate is essential.
    ~ Experience:
    Proven experience in managing electrical construction projects, preferably in a similar role.
    ~ Skills:
    Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide a diverse workforce.
    ~ Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
