- Processing slips, declarations, endorsements into the client systems.
- Processing tasks accurately, in an efficient manner, in line with client SLA's.
- Ability to quality control processing work and identify anomalies and errors
- Training new members of the team and providing ongoing assistance for the resolution of queries raised by the client or members of the team.
- Dealing with clients in a professional manner over the phone or via email.
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs.
- Assisting with daily and weekly client reports.
- Attending weekly client calls.
- Experience in a similar role within the insurance market
- Strong technical skills and ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- Understanding of principles of insurance is essential.
- Knowledge of various classes of business, such as marine, energy and non-marine, specialty and casualty is desirable.
- Good understanding of London market systems and procedures is desirable.
- Experience of Subscribe or Eclipse or similar processing systems is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Maintain a conscientious, positive and enthusiastic approach to work, maintaining good working relationships with colleagues.

Technical Analyst – Risk Capture
