    Office Support Administrator

    Description

    This role will be reporting into the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Office Manager.

    It is an administrative and supporting function assisting the daily administrative operations of the company head office, providing compressive, confidential, and highly efficient office coordination.

    Alongside the clerical duties, this role is about representing the brand in a positive and friendly light and delivering a warm welcome to our guests.


    The role will involve contact and exposure with all levels of management, in many cases, with the senior leadership and executive teams.

    A representative corporate image, diplomacy, confidentiality, discretion and judgement is necessary for this role.


    Responsibilities:
    Primarily to support the Executive Assistant to the CEO's day-to-day operations
    the absence or to support the EA, this role will help with scheduling meetings, including diary management and associated duties
    and supporting with travel arrangements of executives and guests
    IT and maintenance enquiries with a proactive follow-up
    clerical tasks including but not limited to, answering the phone, responding to email correspondence, filing, photocopying
    front-of-house assistant duties / answering the door, welcoming guests and offering refreshments / arranging taxi services
    / sorting / distribution of post
    deliveries
    processing; raising purchase orders; receipting goods/services.
    card statement reconciliations
    Office stationary inventory / orders
    to company policies and procedures
