- To help to plan, implement, monitor, and review the protective and preventative measures, standards and policies that the business is required to follow, and work to minimise operational losses, occupational health problems, accidents and injuries.
- Develop, monitor and analyse HSE performance metrics, producing regular reports for management to review and enabling continual improvement.
- Facilitate the maintenance and management of occupational health, safety and well-being through systems, audit/ inspection and the establishment of high standards and expectations on employees of safety aware behaviours/ performance.
- Developing, presenting and administration of appropriate EHS training modules/requirements.
- Actively support the company's project to achieve the "Net Zero" target.
- NEBOSH diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, codes of practice and industry standards.
- This role would suit an already experienced individual, but one who is keen to develop into a more senior, leadership role in the short to medium term. Someone who will benefit from the company's training and knowledge to further their own career. You will genuinely impact the site and the HSE department being a visible individual on the site.
