Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.

From £24,929.57 per year
