Responsibilities:


  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £24,929.57 per year
