    We are offering a fantastic chance for a Mechanical Supervisor to join our team in the North East and contribute to the construction of an innovative car battery gigafactory in Sunderland. With a solid workload ahead, we provide these positions on a long-term basis. This project in the North East provides a unique opportunity for career advancement in the growing construction sector.

    • Building Services/HVAC background is essential.
    • Experience as a Time served HVAC/Pipefitter or Sheet Metal Ductworker (Duct Fitter)

    Reporting to the Project Manager, this position holds responsibility for overseeing the mechanical aspects of the project and ensuring the necessary resources for regional development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Efficiently coordinate subcontractors for specific on-site tasks such as Heating, Cooling, Infrastructure, Ventilation, Duct Work, Fire, Sprinkler, and Dry Riser, Clean Utilities.

    Assist the Project Manager/Site Engineers in effective management of project expenses and budget.

    Prerequisite Experience:

    Relevant mechanical qualifications such as SSSTS certification and CSCS card.

    Ability to adapt to changing schedules.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Capability to prioritize various business unit requirements, tasks, projects, and requests.
