    Service Desk Analyst (6 month Fixed-Term Contract)

    Role Overview

    Joining our internal IT department as part of the Service Desk Team, you will deliver 1st and 2nd line IT support following industry best practices. Your role involves accurately documenting incidents, changes, and service requests affecting IT systems. Your objective is to ensure timely and cost-effective resolutions within agreed service level agreements.

    You will deliver exceptional customer service while handling global employee administration tasks.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Handle Employee Administration tasks
    • Provide 1st/2nd line technical support for incidents, service requests, and changes
    • Manage procurement of stocked items
    • Oversee Asset and Ticket management
    • Deliver high-quality customer service for all support queries
    • Support NCC Group services both remotely and on-site as required
    • Proactively resolve issues and escalate complex problems when needed
    • Maintain detailed records of hardware using the Asset Tracker sheet
    • Conduct in-house testing on hardware, products, and services
    • Ensure successful handover of completed work to customers or IT team

    As a Service Desk Analyst, you will directly engage with customers, handling their queries and knowing when to escalate issues when necessary.
