    Job Title: Senior Director, Member Engagement
    Location: London, United Kingdom
    Level: 88 / M5 (MCK)

    Job Purpose:

    • Heading a high performing team of key account managers to understand and align priorities between Members and the ClarusONE leadership
    • Adapting to changes in the US generic pharmaceutical sector to provide innovative sourcing solutions
    • Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver efficient supply chain models and generate value for Members and customers
    • Developing business plans and workstreams to support organization-wide initiatives
    • Providing insights on market changes and strategic planning based on market understanding

    Responsibilities:

    • Day to day team management of Member Engagement, coaching and developing the key account managers
    • Developing and executing ClarusONE's customer facing strategy in alignment with senior leaders at McKesson and Walmart
    • Monitoring market trends, Member and customer strategies, and aligning sourcing activities accordingly
    • Implementing process improvements for Member facing activities, including enhancing the Member Portal
    • Leading sourcing workstreams to deliver the Member's growth programs and ensure successful outcomes
    • Exploring growth opportunities and onboarding new customers in collaboration with key stakeholders
    • Promoting new product introductions and collaborating on responses to customer needs
    • Reporting service level performance and identifying areas of improvement

    Requirements:

    • Extensive leadership experience in a strategy or commercial role
    • Proven track record in team leadership and managing budgets
    • Industry knowledge in US generic pharmaceuticals and healthcare
    • Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
    • Effective communication skills at all organizational levels
    • Highly motivated with a proactive approach to project management
