    Location: Inverness-shire

    About Us: We are an award-winning luxury hotel and restaurant, renowned for our exceptional dining experience. Our commitment to culinary excellence to a multi rosette level, and we are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our team.

    Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create and refine seasonal menus that showcase the finest ingredients.

    * Oversee kitchen operations during service hours, ensuring timely and high-quality food preparation.

    * Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control.

    * Lead and inspire the kitchen brigade, maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.

    * Uphold health and safety standards, including proper food handling and storage.

    * Bring creativity to the kitchen by experimenting with flavours and presentation.

    Qualifications:

    Culinary training or equivalent experience.

    * Proven track record in a similar role, preferably within a rosette-awarded establishment.

    * Strong cooking skills across various cuisines.

    * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

    * Attention to detail and a genuine passion for food.
