- Responsible for working collaboratively with Brokers, Underwriters and Client's in providing an exceptional level of technical support
- Production and delivering of all documentation in line with compliance including MRC Slips, Certificates, Endorsements etc
- Liasing with other internal teams to ensure all work is carried out in line with company policies and procedures
- Working closely with the Brokers to assist in the review of renewals and supporting the process
- Keeping all relevant in-house systems and worksheets up to date in a timely and accurate manner
- Preparing, attending and contributing to internal meetings
- Assisting and providing colleagues with coaching and support
- 4 + years experience within a Broker Support/Back-Up position for a Lloyd's Broker
- Experienced in creating MRC Slips and Endorsements
- Experienced in North American or International Property Risks
- Ability to pay acute attention to detail
- Extensive technical knowledge in placement and coverage
- First class communication and interpersonal skills
- Methodical approach and team player
