    Responsibilities and DutiesProgramme and Event Management:
    Spearhead the comprehensive planning and execution of Panacea Stars' array of programmes and events, including boot camps, workshops, mentoring sessions, pitch events, annual Gala Dinners, and conferences

    Alumni Network Engagement:
    Strategically manage and enhance engagement with the Panacea Stars Alumni network

    Mentor Recruitment and Management:
    Recruit and manage a diverse pool of mentors to offer comprehensive support to portfolio companies

    Performance Monitoring:
    Track and report on key performance metrics for programmes, ensuring compliance with any public funding stipulations

    Communication Skills:
    Exceptional project management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
    A strong background in early-stage venture technology transfer, management consulting, and/or investment is preferred.
