    Rotating shift pattern consisting of 4 x days on 7am to 7pm, 4 x days off, 4 x days on 7pm to 7am, 4 x days off.

    Monday to Sunday.

    Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Lead Multi-skilled Shift Engineer. You will lead an assigned team of engineers and be the point of contact for escalation from the helpdesk.

    You will lead the shift engineers on site and provide a focal point of contact both for the engineers in the team and for the helpdesk in the event of job escalation.

    You will attend to and complete installation & maintenance engineering tasks related to reactive, planned, corrective and project works for Cleveland Clinic London.

    When required, to liaise with specialist sub-contractors and obtain quotes where relevant to do so.
    Effectively communicate to the Estates supervisor and Estates & Facilities management team, on any tasks that may have a critical or business impact

    Utilisation of the mobile working device, ensuring that all times are captured correctly for each task, alongside providing detailed notes in the comments section.

    To act as an escort for any contractors coming to site, and on behalf the management team

    Ensure that all maintenance tasks that are carried out to all building plant, equipment, and systems, meet and exceed expectations, and agreed service level agreements.

    Carry out fault identification/rectification and escalation when required on fabric issues, and M&E systems such as electrical systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning issues.

    Plant areas, workshops, stores, changing/rest areas etc. are kept to the highest level of housekeeping
    Minimum requirement for C&G Level 3 Mechanical or Electrical discipline qualification
    CSCS or relevant Trade Card
    Strong understanding and experience of Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC systems
    Computer literacy with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office or equivalent
