    Overview Quality. Electrical Maintenance Engineer
    Sedgefield Hospital - Mobile across various local sites

    Contract:
    Full time, permanent
    75, Monday to Friday


    On call rota:
    1 in 4 week covering 24 hours. Working 9:45am to 6pm when on call - standby payment plus relevant hourly rate

    Ensure that the Facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards of the Project Agreement between RFM and Redcar and Cleveland Council.

    Undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work either independently or as assistant to a maintenance tradesperson on:
    Service and repair of lighting and power distribution systems.

    Competent on BMS control systems Competent PAT tester Undertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to support the objectives of the Client and with respect for the dignity and privacy of the resident group.
