    Job Description

    The D365 Aftersales Integration Specialist plays a pivotal role in the development and support of integration between Rotork's Site Service business and the D365 Dynamics platform. This global position involves engaging with various levels across all Rotork geographies to comprehend integration requirements. Collaboration with IT (dedicated Business Analyst), Finance, Operations, Marketing, Engineering, and Sales is essential to ensure alignment of the D365 platform solution with the broader business.

    The primary responsibility of this role is to contribute to the development and implementation of the D365 platform solution within the Rotork Site Services business. Tasks encompass data migration, training, user acceptance testing, change management and program governance.

    The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, combining strong analytical capabilities with a comprehensive understanding of business and strategy. Operating independently, taking ownership, and demonstrating robust interpersonal skills to establish relationships are key attributes for success.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Responsible for D365 system integration and workflow development.
    • Customise and configure workflow to facilitate D365 integration with other applications and programs used across the Rotork Site service business.
    • Develop familiarity with all service-related workflow practices, and procedures. Be able to effectively communicate needs, and influence others, regarding service requirements, priority, and scope.
    • Organise and facilitate periodic stakeholders' status meetings.
    • Work closely with the Business Transformation function - including the Project Management Office (PMO) - to ensure project deadlines are met.
    • Act as the liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and system users.
    • Develop analysis protocols for workflow design, development, configuration, documentation, testing, performance studies, implementation of mission-critical processes, reports and integrations.
    • Lead data mapping exercises.
    • Participate and support the implementation rollout (e.g., requirements documentation, systems design, test documentation, issue identification, and resolution).
    • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure system reliability and accuracy.
    • Identify and assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Generate and analyse performance reports, making recommendations for improvements.
    • Create/design professional presentations for upper management, stakeholders, or steering committee and work to conceptualise topics and present them clearly and concisely.
    • Organise and coordinate technical and functional training or testing events.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of integrations, configurations, and workflows.

    Qualifications

    • Degree level education or relevant experience, in an engineering or analytical discipline.
    • Relies on knowledge and professional discretion to achieve goals.
    • Database/SQL knowledge and experience.
    • Advanced analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft products including Excel and Power BI.
    • Knowledge of analytical languages would be an advantage.
    • Experience in managing and delivering multiple projects/activities with varying priorities.
    • Effective communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) to all levels with individuals and small groups.
    • Strong understanding of Rotork products and client applications.
    • Problem solver – able to understand an issue from multiple points of view and develop solutions that will benefit Rotork and Rotork's customers.
    • Team player but also able to demonstrate a high level of initiative and self-guidance.
    • Undertake domestic and international travel as required to support liaison with partners, customers and other departments throughout the business.
