    Description
    Hybrid / Remote - 1/2 days a week in the office

    As the Infrastructure Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing our company's infrastructure, with a specific focus on network security.

    You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security measures to safeguard our network infrastructure from cyber threats.

    Additionally, you will lead a team of skilled professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of our network systems.

    Develop and implement comprehensive network security strategies to protect against cyber threats, including intrusion detection, prevention systems, firewalls, and encryption protocols.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable and resilient network infrastructure solutions.
    Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance network security capabilities.
    Provide technical expertise and guidance to support teams and stakeholders on network security best practices.
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
    Proven experience in network infrastructure management, with a focus on network security.
    In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, security architectures, and best practices.
    CISSP, CCNA Security, CompTIA Security+) are highly desirable.
