    Role Summary

    KDN for Audit plays a vital role in the Global ESG Assurance strategy, allowing member firms to expand their assurance practices in a dynamic market. The KDN ESG Assurance team aims to provide support for ESG Assurance engagements worldwide, ensuring access to top expertise and standardized services to consistently deliver high-quality results. This initiative presents a transformative opportunity for KPMG to engage in the multi-billion dollar ESG assurance sphere, catering to the evolving market demand with innovative solutions.

    We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to serve as an assurance subject matter expert, collaborating with global Leaders to enhance credibility, develop assurance services, and play a key role in driving a sustainable future while working alongside exceptional colleagues and the sharpest minds at KPMG.

    How You Will Make Your Mark

    To excel in the KDN ESG Assurance role, the focus is on leveraging existing investments in ESG knowledge, experience, and processes to provide top-notch services across the KPMG network. This entails creating innovative and purposeful solutions that are adaptable and effective for implementation company-wide.

    We are seeking individuals who can contribute to our growth and success through:

    - Representing KPMG internationally and strengthening the assurance brand
    - Providing support for ESG assurance engagements
    - Enhancing capacity through training and knowledge sharing
    - Identifying opportunities for process improvement and standardization
    - Ensuring successful deployment and adoption of new services and solutions
    - Championing the KDN ESG Assurance program
    - Collaborating with executive partners to drive adoption and change

    This is the Job for You if You Have

    - Relevant experience in sustainability assurance or a related field
    - Experience in assurance/audit work
    - Knowledge of relevant frameworks and international regulations
    - CPA or similar accreditation preferred
    - Extensive sector experience
    - Quick decision-making skills and agility
    - Excellent stakeholder and client management abilities
    - Experience in working with diverse teams and cultures
    - Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
    - Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages a plus
    - Business development exposure
    - Willingness to travel up to 25%
    - Ability to work flexible hours
