    Description

    Our client, is a well established boutique Management Consulting firm based in the South East of England and are currently seeking a new Practice Director.

    What is the role?

    As a Practice Director you will be responsible for developing opportunities, both within existing accounts and new clients, to grow your sectors and help drive the business into its next stage of growth. You will have overall responsibility for transformation projects by engaging at a high level across clients' businesses, overseeing a talented team that will work on building the capabilities, systems and processes needed to deliver sustainable results. This position requires great leadership skills and creativity to initiate catered, innovative solutions for clients.

    • 10+ years Consulting experience
    • Create sales pipeline to reach annual sales targets and quota by leveraging client relationships
    • Analyse client businesses to determine how to improve profitability, efficiency & quality
    • Developing and executing long-term plans for the company's growth and development
    • Consulting with clients to develop plans for managing their operations more effectively
    • Being a trusted ally to clients and respected as an expert in their fields
    • Winning projects and maintaining client relationships
    • Presenting work statements, proposals, and supporting contract creation
    • Supervising project finances for final client approval

    What are the perks?

    • £130,000 base salary with up to £215,000 total package with bonus and benefits
    • Uncapped commission
    • BUPA, Company Pension Contribution and Life Assurance
    • 25 days leave, increasing by 1 day per year after 3 calendar years, up to a maximum of 30 days
    • The potential for equity shares
