    *This is a full time permanent role, 5 days per week,

    on-site

    in Telford.

    Role Overview:
    nWe're in search of a Systems Developer dedicated to driving improvement by designing and implementing innovative systems solutions. You'll address data proliferation and boost process efficiency throughout the organization. This role is crucial in translating business requirements into technical solutions. You'll develop workflows, collaborate on system integration, and ensure data accuracy and efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    nDevelop and implement systems solutions that align with business goals and strategies.nRedesign and optimize existing business processes for greater efficiency.nWork within a team to create and enhance technical solutions that support business decision-making.nEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all integrated systems.nMaintain and support various databases, systems, and platforms.nDrive continuous improvement to optimize processes and systems.nParticipate in web development projects.nCreate, update, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.nHandle other tasks as needed, including specialized reporting.


    Ideal CandidatenEssential:

    nProven experience as a Systems Developer or similar role.nExperience with end-to-end process improvement and design.nStrong understanding of relational databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server.nProficiency in various programming languages.nSolid knowledge of different operating systems and databases.nAbility to adapt to change and address emerging business needs.nStrong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.nProactive and innovative approach.nKnowledge of front-end and back-end web development.nEffective communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.


    Desirable:
    nExperience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.nBachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
