    Audit and Accounts Senior Opportunity at Innovative Accountancy Practice

    I'm currently looking for an Audit and Accounts Senior to join a modern 4 Partner Accountancy Practice situated in Sutton. This firm shook things up by introducing a 4-day work week back in 2022, and the initiative has been so successful that it's now a permanent fixture - giving employees a much welcomed extended weekend.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage a split of 80% audit work and 20% on accounts and tax
    • Lead audits from initial planning to finalization
    • Prepare FRS102 statutory accounts for audited clients
    • Handle corporate and personal tax return preparation
    • Monitor and oversee job budgets to ensure audits stay on track financially
    • Provide guidance and review the work of junior team members

    The ideal candidate for this Audit Senior role will be either ACCA or ACA certified with around three years of experience in accountancy practice with a focus on audits for diverse OMB and SME clients in various sectors. This position presents a fantastic opportunity for an Audit Senior seeking local work in Sutton.
