    Description

    Our client is a leading firm specializing in private equity and private debt fund placement .

    With a focus on raising funds globally for European Private Equity & Private Debt Managers, they prioritize long-term partnerships and are well respected in their field.

    Role Responsibilities:

    • Lead fund placement efforts, focusing on mid-market private equity and private debt funds.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with fund managers, providing ongoing advice and support throughout the fundraising process.
    • Collaborate with GPs to understand their fundraising needs and long-term goals, offering tailored solutions and strategic guidance.
    • Drive fundraising strategies, including investor targeting, due diligence, and marketing initiatives.

    Role Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
    • 6+ years of experience in M&A, ECM, transaction services, or fund placement within the financial services industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully raising primary capital for private equity or private debt funds.
    • Strong network of relationships with fund managers, investors, and industry professionals.
