We are leading the search for a crucial role that will support the continued development and growth of the business in the North West region.
The role of HR Business Partner will provide high-quality and commercial HR partnering to business leaders to ensure the successful delivery of strategic people outcomes.
Support recruitment and selection by liaising with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to ensure that vacancies are filled promptly with high-calibre candidates.
# Support recruitment campaigns; apprenticeship programs; general networking to ensure robust candidate pipeline.# Develop and deliver engagement and communication plans which drive engagement including annual staff engagement survey.
# Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
# Provide day-to-day coaching to the regional and site leadership teams on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; Change agent - building capacity to embrace and capitalise on change initiatives, focussing on company values and behaviours, creating high performing teams, streamlining processes and automation.
# Lead and support implementation of HR strategic initiatives ensuring they are aligned to the business goals and underpin the company strategy.
Demonstrable experience within a generalist HR role (Ideally 7 years plus)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to promote and embed equality and diversity as an integral part of working.
