With decades of experience in various sectors, they have recently expanded operations, creating exciting opportunities for individuals to contribute to our growth and success.
My client are currently working on a range of public sector projects with DFI (Department for infrastructure). My client are looking for a positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Contracts Manager to oversee our contracting works.Role Description:
As a full-time position, the Contracts Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of all aspects of assigned projects.
This includes planning and organising project schedules, managing budgets, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
The Contracts Manager will also handle tendering and quotations, monitor project progress, quantify site works, process payment applications, resolve issues as they arise, and maintain quality control.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction project management Knowledge of industry standards and techniques Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Experience in budgeting and cost control. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices A degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.
