    Location:
    Hybrid or Remote, UK

    We are looking for a Technical Client Services Associateresponsible for providing excellent customer service to existing Wiley Partner Solutions / Atypon customers.

    The role is unique in its combination of technical expertise and relationship building and helps our customers get the most of their publishing solutions.

    Helping with bugs, triaging change requests, and liaising with engineers round out the position.
    Working with global customers to better understand and use the capabilities of the custom software platformLiteratum.

    You'll work closely with colleagues in product management, technical support, documentation, and quality assurance, both to solve problems and to deploy newly requested and funded features.

    Independent worker who can integrate smoothly into different team structures, having the judgement to know when to ask for help and escalate issues
    Experienced in customer engagement and relationship management.
    Familiarity with XML, CSS, and HTML is a plus.
