    Catering Equipment Maintenance Manager - Glasgow
    Sector Management

    Job Title:
    Catering Equipment Maintenance Manager
    National (Working from home with regular national travel required)- Ideal candidate location Birmingham or Glasgow

    Benefits:
    Company car/ car allowance, 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holiday), BUPA single cover, Pension.
    Hours: 40 hours a week

    Our client, one of the UK's leaders in providing innovative construction and engineering solutions for clients within a variety of sectors including Retail, Health, Education and Commercial, now has an immediate need to employ an experienced food equipment services manager to work across their internal business divisions.

    To ensure the maintenance/ PPM of all catering equipment and that this is serviced, compliant and completed to the standards expected of the client.

    Liaise with maintenance engineers to ensure that all catering equipment is maintained and serviced 365/24/7.

    Manage the service engineers and maintenance teams, ensuring that health and safety/ compliance is up to standard at all times.

    Manage the service engineers to ensure effective communication to all internal and external customers in regard to reactive and planned maintenance issues.

    Manage team leaders on monitoring of catering processes and amend as required.
    Included in management on call rota (ooh & weekends)
    Proven experience in catering maintenance/ food services.
    NVQ Level 3/ AM2/ 18 th edition or other relevant maintenance trade.
    Minimum 5+ years' experience in maintenance management.
    Food/ Catering equipment maintenance experience ESSENTIAL.
    High degree of flexibility and ability to travel regularly.
    Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
