John Williams have partnered with a leading global provider of technology-enabled risk, benefits and integrated business solutions.The company provides a broad range of resources tailored to their clients' specific needs in casualty, property, marine, benefits, brand protection and other lines.
They are currently recruiting for a Liability Desktop Adjuster on a remote working basis with the prime purpose of conducting investigations undertaken from the desk, to form a reasoned and substantiated view on both policy and legal liability matters pertinent to civil claims.
The role requires involvement in third party injury and public liability property damage claims of differing values, working both independently and under referral.
They are looking for a variety of different profiles, such as PL/EL, PLPD or Disease.
As the Liability Desktop Adjuster, you will be dealing with these claims on behalf of their clients, using your skills and experience to assess liability and quantum through to settlement on a cradle to grave basis.
