    As a Junior Sponsorship and Exhibition Manager you will be responsible for:
    • Selling start-up packages and shell scheme exhibition booths to your target company list via phone calls, emails, social media and face to face meetings and all available platforms
    • Meeting and aiming to exceed your target on the events that you work on
    • Researching and identify leads through competitive events, news articles, referrals, and social media
    • Working closely with the event team, including the Senior sponsorship manager to ensure you are targeting the correct leads and organisations for exhibiting etc.
    • Maximise revenue from new and current/previous start-up and exhibition sponsors
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior level decision makers, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service and value
    • Work with the event team and your customers at your events on-site where required
    • Practice effective time management; being able to identify, communicate, plan and prioritise objectives
    • Be flexible in your approach and be a key part of a growing team willing to assist with tasks outside of sales where needed
    • On occasions work outside of contracted hours, this may include international travel
    Skills / Characteristics:
    • Have a minimum of 2 year's sales experience in conferences, events, exhibitions (in either sponsorship or delegate sales), media or recruitment
    • Be looking for the next role in your career development, and be willing to take ownership of your events and demonstrate initiative
    • Have the confidence to work with C level decision makers from leading enterprise companies globally
    • The ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritise, completing tasks to deadlines
    • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to anticipate obstacles and find effective solutions
    • Can be relied upon to follow through on commitments made and client servicing
    • Takes pride and personal responsibility in maintaining the reputation of the product and the team
