    Description

    We're in search of an impassioned branding and packaging designer, experienced in FMCG & consumer global brands, to become a vital part of our creative team.

    You'll be a creative force collaborating with a global team of brilliant minds to deliver extraordinary solutions for iconic brands across the world.

    You will have experience in portfolio architecture and a good understanding of developing large-range design systems, with a flair for envisioning and crafting solutions that seamlessly transcend into brand worlds, digital landscapes, and dynamic motion.

    Collaborating closely with Design and Creative Directors, you'll be comfortable setting direction and developing creative concepts to deliver transformative brand work.

    Aware of new innovations and technology to help take our work to the next level, keeping a close, constant eye on the forces shaping our world now and into the future.

    Instrumental in the creation of Future Brands
    Deliver exceptional and insightful creative solutions for your clients. show a real passion for their brand and the industry.
    Lead creative conversations and contribute to strategic ideas.

    Ensuring that you have have a good understanding of the chosen idea and are able to confidently interpret it, using it as a springboard to create strong, differentiated brand solutions.

    Help define and work in line with client strategy across several clients. Understand how all projects are part of the bigger brand strategy.
    Steer and shape the project process, providing relevant reference points from inside and outside the category. Have a point of view and develop processes to deliver a more connected brand experience.
    Seen as a thought leader, you develop and drive projects.
    Provoke and push creative boundaries, bring ideas and influences from the outside world to create connected brand experiences.
    Research creative work beyond advertising. Building rock-solid relationships at every turn
    Embrace creative discussions with your colleagues in Strategy and Client Service.

    Share the skills you have gained by mentoring other team members, both in creative and beyond and advise on how to shape and deliver great work.

    Clearly communicate strategic-led creative ideas through the creative process to deliver on a project brief that delights clients, in budget, on time

    You experiment with new approaches and create new opportunities within projects to develop our offer and broaden / deepen our relationships with clients.

    Constantly be aware of the time allocated to you and more junior members of the team and be in fluid conversations with the creative services manager and client servicing.

    You build compelling and impactful case studies to promote us & our work to the wider design community.
    You may begin to lead smaller pitches, motivating and inspiring more junior creatives.
