    Description
    Circet UK are looking for a Trainer / Assessor with a Civils Background and Experience.
    We are leading providers to the Telecommunications, Transport Infrastructure and Power Sectors in Ireland and the UK.

    To deliver Civils based training accreditations primarily at our Ilton Somerset Site but travel across other Circet and external stakeholder sites will be required.


    • Ensuring all training certification / material is dealt with in a timely manner.
    • To work closely with the training administration team, holding daily, weekly meetings to discuss training bookings, training numbers, & ensuring that the training centre is maximised.
    • To ensure that the training we deliver is current and up to date.
    • To assess learners and provide feedback demonstrating a clear understanding of minimum requirements for competence to a high standard, using audio and video technology.
    • To liaise and share good practice with peer Assessors, Internal Quality Advisors, & Delivery Teams.
    Previous experience of working on the Alternet Network with Civils Based Training

    • Experience with Surveying and Supervising Civils based programs.
    • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, predominantly MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
    • Experience in a training development, coaching and mentoring.
    • Experienced in working in a fast-paced office role whilst having, the ability to organise, multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure.
