- Send reminders and notificationsrelated to events.
- Maintain databases andrecords.
- Generate reports on metrics attendanceand other relevant data.
- Assist in thecollection of feedback fromparticipants.
- Support the administration ofevaluation surveys and assessments.
- Support inthe coordination and administration of activities such asapprenticeships graduates trainees work experience site visitscareers fairs recruitment andevents.
- Provenexperience in an administrative role preferably in a L&D orHR setting.
- Proficient in MicrosoftOffice applications.
- Excellent organisationaland multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention todetail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with Learningmanagement systems or software desirable but notessential.
- Customer serviceorientation.

In this newly created role reporting to the Group L&DManager you will be responsible for supporting the administrationplanning coordination and assisting the Learning and Developmentactivities within the organisation. You will work closely with theL&D Manager to identify learning needs ensuring thesuccessful delivery of L&D sessions across variousdisciplines across the business including EarlyCareers.
This will also include assisting inthepreparation of regular reporting of L&D progress to theGroup L&D Manager for internal and externalstakeholders.
