    Description

    An excellent opportunity for an experienced, passionate administrator to join a welcoming, close-knit L&D team, within a busy organisation within the public sector.

    Within your new role as L&D Administrator, you will provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Learning & Development function, supporting the whole organisation in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

    Working with the HR and Communications department, you will coordinate and administer learning and development initiatives that support the organisation's values and objectives.

    Working closely with the L&D Advisor, you will manage a variety of tasks including;
    Coordination of staff training (both internal and external)
    Project Work
    Support to the wider HR team where required.

    As the organisation are keen to offer continuous learning opportunities for their staff, there is also room for further development in areas of interest across L&D and HR.

    Strong IT skills - including Intermediate Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
    Experience managing a HR/LMS system previously.
