    What you'll be doing:
    Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
    Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and proactive outreach.
    Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
    Managing the end-to-end candidate journey, including scheduling, logistics, and candidate communication/feedback.
    Negotiating offers and managing the offer process to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
    Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).


    What you'll need:
    Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment - 1+ years.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
    Knowledge of sourcing techniques and strategies for identifying top talent.
