- Design, test, and implement engineering solutions to improve processes, products, or systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals, including product management, manufacturing, and sales.
- Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and expectations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
- Conducted product testing and troubleshooting issues to ensure reliable product deployment.
- Manage project resources, schedule timelines, and prepare status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills by attending workshops, reviewing publications, and participating in professional societies.
- Actively contribute to business development activities, including attendance at events.
- Manage and support all aspects of technical facilitation to elicit solutions and requirements for improvement initiatives.
- Support and take the lead on the establishment of new initiatives and capabilities for the business to establish market presence and growth.
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering (a specific discipline may be required depending on the role, e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.).
- Proven experience in engineering design, development, and project management (including years of experience if specific tenure is required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with industry standards and technology developments.
- Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
