    Description
    Hybrid work setup—Minimum 3 days in the Warrington studio, with the flexibility to work from home.
    Holidays: 25 days of holiday plus public holidays.

    Bonuses:

    You love getting into the nuts and bolts of YouTube analytics and have a knack for tweaking and optimising content that turns good metrics into great ones.

    If you're the kind of person who enjoys keeping up with the latest YouTube developments and applying this knowledge directly to improve video rankings and viewer engagement, this role is for you.

    Managing content, aligning it perfectly with strategic goals, and ensuring everything is spot-on from titles to tags.


    Video and Content Management:

    Oversee our clients YouTube channels, managing video uploads, scheduling, and playlist organisation while ensuring alignment with YouTube's best practices.


    SEO and Optimisation:
    Use your SEO expertise to optimise video titles, descriptions, and keywords to maximise reach and impact.

    Produce detailed monthly reports on video and channel performance, using data to inform and adjust our content strategy for better results.


    Community Engagement:
    Maintain active and engaging communication with viewers, moderating discussions to keep them aligned with our brand standards.


    Analytical and Detail-Oriented:
    You thrive on analysing data to derive meaningful insights that enhance content performance.

    Organised and Proactive:
    You excel at managing multiple projects, ensuring everything runs on schedule and exceeds expectations.

    Creative and Strategic:

    Your creative inputs are backed by strategic thinking, contributing to content that not only looks good but also performs well.


    Adaptable and Informed:
    You stay updated with the latest trends and practices in the rapidly evolving world of online video.


    Proven YouTube Expertise:
    Comfortable navigating YouTube's interface and analytics, with a track record of successful channel growth.

    Tools:
    Experienced using tools such as VidIQ, TubeBuddy, and well-known keyword research tools to enhance content visibility and engagement.

    Organisational Skills:
    Capable of managing content schedules and multiple channels efficiently.
    Project Management
    Tools:
    Familiar with Project Management tools, at IAM we use Monday.
