    Content Marketing Executive

    Location: Basingstoke (hybrid working) - 3 days a week

    Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

    As a Content Marketing Executive at Once For All, you will be responsible for creating, delivering, and managing the content and campaigns across various marketing channels. Working closely with the marketing team, product marketing, and sales departments, you will develop and execute content and campaigns that educate, engage, and convert our target audience. Your expertise in content creation, strategy, and campaign management will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness and generating leads for our business.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Content Creation and Management:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and target audience's needs.
    • Create high-quality, engaging content for a variety of channels, including blogs, whitepapers, social media, email campaigns, website copy, and promotional materials.
    • Collaborate with the product marketing team to produce content and messaging that highlights the features and benefits of our solutions.
    • Work with the sales team to create targeted content that supports lead generation and conversion efforts.

    Content Optimisation and Distribution:

    • Work with our digital team to ensure content is optimised for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and drive traffic to our website.
    • Manage the content calendar to ensure timely publication of materials across all channels.
    • Distribute content through appropriate channels to maximise reach and engagement.
    • Work with the wider team to plan, create and deliver marketing campaigns to ensure our content hits our target audience.

    Collaboration and Reporting:

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and meets the needs of different departments.
    • Provide regular reports on content performance, insights, and recommendations for future content strategies.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • A professional marketing qualification or degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the SaaS or construction industry.
    • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a portfolio showcasing diverse content.
    • Proficient in content management systems (CMS), SEO principles, and analytics tools.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
