Customer Sales Advisor
I am currently recruiting on behalf of my established client, based in Burton on Trent, for an experienced
Customer Sales Advisor to join their already great team on a permanent contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a client who values its staff, their progression and offers a great working environment.
Transport is also essential due to location.
Day to Day:
- First point of contact for all customers
- Answering incoming calls
- Support the sales team by calling existing customers
- Process order admin
- Handle customer complaints and answer queries
- Data input
- Liaise with other departments across the business
Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Thursday 8:30 till 5pm & Friday 8 till 4pm
- Salary up to £22,000
About you:
- Previous Customer Service, Sales or Administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a phone based environment
- Strong telephone manner
- Strong IT skills
Salary:
£20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
