Customer Sales Advisor


I am currently recruiting on behalf of my established client, based in Burton on Trent, for an experienced
Customer Sales Advisor to join their already great team on a permanent contract.

The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting the sales team with following up client orders.


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a client who values its staff, their progression and offers a great working environment.

Previous Customer Service, Sales or Administration experience is preferred.


Transport is also essential due to location.

Day to Day:


  • First point of contact for all customers
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Support the sales team by calling existing customers
  • Process order admin
  • Handle customer complaints and answer queries
  • Data input
  • Liaise with other departments across the business

Hours & Pay:


  • Monday to Thursday 8:30 till 5pm & Friday 8 till 4pm
  • Salary up to £22,000

About you:


  • Previous Customer Service, Sales or Administrative experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in a phone based environment
  • Strong telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills

Salary:
£20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
