- Chasing outstanding debts via telephone and letter correspondence.
- Reconciling accounts and identifying overdue payments.
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve billing queries.
- Generating customer statements and chasing letters on time.
- Administering Probate queries, POA changes and small claims court work.
- Producing regular reports on debtor aging and collections performance.
