Key Responsibilities

At least 4 6 years' experience as Business Analyst with any Investment Global Bank in F

oreignnExchange Trade Processing Risk Management areasnShould understand full front to back workflow for minimum of two asset classesnFX FI MM Derivatives

viz deal capture deal execut.

Business Analysis Functional Requirements

Work with stakeholders in Trading Business Operations Technology and PMO to run meetingsncoordinate and gather business requirementsnWork with stakeholders across Business lines for transformation projects to understand theirnbusiness and processnUnderstand current business process and provide functional design inputs for the proposedntechnology solutionnCreate high quality documentation for Business and Functional RequirementsnManage traceability of requirements from BRD till Test Plan ResultsnAnalyze huge data sets create flow diagrams prepare high level summaries and workflowsnWork in close co ordination with the development leads on enhancements and defects and assistnwith troubleshooting resolution of application defectsnEngaging successfully with software developers and testers to ensure quality delivery on timenPlanning estimating managing risks and issues project reporting managing stakeholders andnbuilding strong relationships with the businessnAssist in project execution through JIRA providing tracking to technical teams and status updatesnto internal and business stakeholdersnSubject Matter Expertise Technology PartnershipnShape the strategic architecture for the application by working closely with the development leadsnand by defining solutions that are robust and aligned with the technology roadmapnDevelop best practices to be used in evaluating selecting and implementing technologies for usenwithin FXLM technology more broadl ynMonitor new developments in data visualization and analysis technology across ICG and in thenindustry more generally and provide recommendations about new technology adoptionnDevelopment Value
