    Description

    Location: Holborn London

    Type: Hybrid working 2 days from home/ 3 daysfrom office

    Personnel in charge: Team will bemanaging 2 Giving Officers and 1interim.

    Tasks

    1. Deviseand deliver the Individual Giving strategy in line with charitysoverarching objectives.
    2. Being responsible fordeveloping and implementing the Individual Giving income andexpenditure budget monitoring income preparing forecasts andaccounting for variations in income.
    3. To helpsupport develop and deliver an annual programme of multichannelcampaigns in order to retain and developdonors
    4. To manage supporter journeys incollaboration with other teams to maximise lifetime value andretention.
    5. To excel in crossteam campaignmanagement and to be accountable for operating against agreedschedules and processes liaising with internal and externalstakeholders
    6. To line manage two direct reports;to set and review objectives conduct regular onetoones andfacilitate development of identified trainingneeds.
    7. To stay wellinformed of and responsiveto the challenges presented by the external environment theevolving fundraising landscape and relevant gaming and legacylegislation.
    8. Develop new fundraising ideas toensure a strong Individual Giving portfolio and avoid overrelianceon any one incomesource.

    Requirements

    1. Atleast three years demonstrable Individual Giving fundraisingexperience
    2. Experience of developing and feedinginto Individual Giving strategies
    3. Knowledge ofbudgets and experience of reporting financial performance againsttargets
    4. Excellent proven track record ofmanaging an integrated direct marketing programme across a varietyof channels
    5. Experience of working with datateams to deliver complex data strategy selections ensuringdecisions made are insight driven to improve performance of theIndividual Giving programme
    6. Experience ofmanaging staff to achieve results and feel supported in their workas well as foster their development
    7. Experienceof managing external suppliers and agenciesand negotiatingcontracts
