    Are you a passionate leader with a knack for healthcare? We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Nursing Home Manager with our client, a prestigious organisation with over three decades of experience in the care sector.

    This is your chance to make a real impact on the lives of residents at a care centre in Haslemere.

    As the Nursing Home Manager, you'll be rewarded with an annual salary of £60,000.

    You'll also have the unique opportunity to manage a dedicated team and ensure the highest standard of care is consistently delivered.

    This role is based on-site, giving you the chance to be hands-on and make a tangible difference every day.

    Our client is a family-owned conglomerate of care services with an impressive array of ten residential care centres, two rehabilitation centres, and two home care agencies.

    Spread across Surrey, South London, and Middlesex, they are devoted to providing top-tier care to their community.
    As the Nursing Home Manager, you will be:

    Overseeing the daily operations of the care centre
    Demonstrating superior leadership and effective communication
    Managing a team to ensure the highest level of care for residents
    Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and policiesPackage and Benefits:
