    We've teamed up with the exciting Sleep Tech brand Kokoon Technology, who are now in the market to secure a Marketing Executive with a focus on content

    Kokoon Technology are a London based brand, driving impressive innovation in the Sleep Tech space through their Sleep Sensing Headphones.

    Kokoon Technology are a team of scientists and product designers building a platform which delivers measurable wellness and performance improvements to any user: Sleep Sensing Headphones.

    The company has successfully launched two products on the market (Relax and Nightbuds) working in conjunction with the Kokoon App, selling over $8m in products and is currently transitioning to a technology licensing and software platform working with some of the world's biggest health brands.

    About the role

    Kokoon are looking for a passionate and proactive Content and Marketing Executive with a focus on content management who enjoys rolling their sleeves up and working across a broad range of channels – online and offline, paid and organic.

    With a small but mighty team you will be able to make a difference instantly by working closely with Head of Performance Marketing to refine our marketing comms, lead (with support) on copy and content production, review and build upon our current performance marketing channels and identify and test new channels for the brand

    What you'll do

    • Take lead on our social channels to create engaging and informative sleep/tech/product content in both static and video
    • Build out a content road map and create great blogs and copy across the funnel
    • Work with the marketing team to plan out campaigns and calendar opportunities
    • Support the Head of Performance Marketing to create campaigns both organic and paid across multiple channels
    • Provide ongoing insight and analysis of campaigns/creative with a test and learn mentality
    • Assist in the creation of brand relevant ad copy, creative and messaging that captures attention and drive conversion.
    • Work with the CRM Manager to identify common customer challenges and how we can support them through our marketing channels, assisting with proof reading and being the go-to person to provide interesting and engaging content for our database for both prospective buyers and existing users
    • Working closely with the Head of Performance marketing on site improvement and CRO tactics
    • Manage the agency relationship with our affiliate channels
    • And ad hoc tasks, like working with influencers, partnerships, planning shoots, PR, scoping out events and other opportunities for the brand

    Skills you'll need:

    • 1-2 year's experience in a broad digital role or in a channel specific role that has focused on content
    • Experience or enthusiasm in working in a scale up with a small team to start
    • Ability to think strategically yet roll up sleeves and get stuck in
    • Proven experience and understanding of core performance marketing KPI's
    • Organisation both in campaigns, agency relationships, content and your own time, we're not micro managers J
    • Excellent Communicator, enthusiastic, keen to learn and can think of a thousand things to say about sleep

    It'd be great if you have a few of these too...

    • Experience in video editing and/or canva
    • A passion for content and social

    Interview Process

    We like to move quickly. For this role, you can expect:

    • An introductory call with a recruiter
    • An interview with the Head of Performance Marketing and one other Exec team member
    • A brief presentation where you can showcase your skills
    • Competitive base salary of up to £30,000 with regular salary reviews
    • Company share options
    • Flexible and remote working arrangements, there's a minimum requirement of one day at the London HQ per month
