Description

What you'll be doing.

Working within the department, at , we are looking for an to be responsible for all sales activities in assigned territory for all hospitals/customers for Zeiss MCS product range including territory mapping, lead qualification and execution, opportunity and demonstration (of equipment) management whilst maintaining account intelligence in CRM and communicating market trends back to the business.

Develop an effective sales strategy to maintain existing market share and identify/ develop new sales opportunities for portfolio sales within the territory.

Deliver full annual sales target and all key performance objectives with effective lead and opportunity management.

Qualify clinical need and financial consideration for product demonstrations, effectively and efficiently fulfilling key strategic and user requirements within surgical and out-patient fields across MCS portfolio with appropriate liaison across stakeholder for EBME, Theatres and Procurement.

Identify and build strong relationships with diverse and comprehensive group of stakeholders in NHS and private hospitals/groups to include Surgeons, Nursing team, Business and Theatre Manager, Medical Engineers and Procurement and Finance professionals.
